Chicken Soup for the Stomach

1 Chicken Onions Celery Carrots Potatoes, noodles, or rice Barley

Boil chicken (or cook in pressure cooker) until meat falls off bones. Remove chicken from broth. While chicken cools, cut up vegetables and put them in chicken broth. Simmer until tender. Dice chicken, add to broth. If desired, add a handful of barley. Can also add chicken bouillon if soup is too watery.
